First prize for viola and for chamber music from the Conservatoire National Supérieur in Paris in 1984 (which she entered at the age of 16, studying with Serge Collot and Bruno Pasquier). Additional studies followed. 3rd Prize at the International Maurice Vieux Competition in 1986, 2nd Prize (and the Special Swiss Prize) at the Geneva International Competition in 1987, 2nd Prize (and the Jacques Murgier Prize) at the International Competition in Reims in 1988. Solo violist in the Orchestre National de France since 1990. Professor at the CNSM in Paris since 1999.
