First prize for double bass at the National Conservatory of Paris. Prize-winner athe the Geneva International Competition. Second prize of the Valentino Bucchi  International Competition of Rome. Super-soloist with the Orchestre de Paris which he joined whenit was formed. Teaches at the National Conservatory of Lyon.
