Studied music at the Versailles Conservatory. Gold medallist at the Geneva International Competition in 1982. Prize-winner at the Prague International Competition in 1986. First oboe at the Lamoureux concerts from 1979 to 1984. Super-soloist at the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio-France. Lecturer at the National Conservatory of Paris from 1988. Teaches at the National Conservatory of Lyon from 1998.
